Meet Kevin
Living in the PNW has been an amazing blessing for me. I grew up enjoying the ocean and mountains, hiking, camping, rock climbing, and skiing with my family. I met my beautiful wife at a Christmas parade in a small northwest town in 2010. We dated for less than a year before getting engaged and now have two beautiful boys in our family! My wife and I are both nurses and work in a hospital in Portland Oregon. Since having our boys she has been able to work a little less, and I am home more days than not. We are extremely blessed to be together as a family most days. I have always been passionate about cooking, and decided to share that here with all of you. Occasionally I will likely share some of my wife’s art, simply because I think she is amazing. We do run an Etsy site together if you are interested in taking a look.
I have always believed cooking vegetarian is a healthy way of living, we often eat vegan, and occasionally will eat fish. We certainly don’t believe there is only one way to do things, and think each person should judgement free be able to decide how they want to enjoy their meals! : )
