Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

- 4 cups broth
- 2 cup fresh basil chopped
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 4 cups diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Dash paprika
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 bay leafs
- 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup half and half dairy or cashew
In sauce pan sauté garlic and onions till translucent.
Combine all ingredients (except for cream) in large pot or crockpot.
Cook over medium heat in pot for an hour, or 8-10 hours in a slow cooker.
Remove bay leafs, then use immersion blender to blend soup, add cream, stir, and serve!
