brown sugar

applesauce

vanilla

softened butter

Shredded Carrots
Finely Shredded

Raisins

chopped walnuts

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together in large mixing bowl: applesauce, vanilla, and butter.
In medium mixing bowl combine flour, oats, spices, salt, baking powder, and sugar.
Mix dry ingredients into the wet 1 cup at a time until all combined. Stir in Carrots and raisins.
Grease or place parchment baking cups into tins. Fill each tin to the top with batter.
Bake for 24-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool and enjoy. Optionally top with cream cheese frosting once cooled!
