Orange Zest Glaze
juice of 1/2 an orange

orange zest

powdered sugar
more if large orange used
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in medium bowl.
Cut cold butter into dry ingredients with pastry blender.
Add orange zest, a squeeze of the orange to the milk.
Add liquid to dry ingredients and work dough until just combined.
Add dark chocolate into dough and work in.
Form dough into round about 1/2 inch thick. Score the top about half way through into six equal wedges.
Mix egg yolk with 1 tbsp of water and brush over scones.
Bake on parchment paper for 18-20 min.
Place on rack to cool, then drizzle topping, and eat!
