Ingredients

red lentils

vegetable broth

vegan worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Stove Top
Rinse lentils then add to saucepan of vegetable broth, cook down stirring occasionally. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Dice onions, tomatoes, and peppers, sauté in olive oil over medium heat.
Add in seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and tomato paste.
Add lentils to peppers and cook for 5 additional minutes until moisture is mostly gone.
Toast whole wheat bun. Add lentils and top with green onions, diced tomatoes, avocados. (Cheese and sour cream optional as well)
Instant Pot
Set to saute, add 1 tbsp olive oil, and cook down the onion, bell peppers, and garlic.
Add in seasonings, worcestershire suace, and tomato paste.
Pour in lentils, and broth.
Set Instant Pot to pressure cook high for ten minutes.
Toast whole wheat bun. Add lentils and top with green onions, diced tomatoes, avocados. (Cheese and sour cream optional as well)
