Ingredients

cubed challah bread

eggs

milk

Greek yogurt

vanilla

cinnamon

maple syrup

blueberries
fresh or frozen
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Tear of slice challah bread into 1 inch cubes until you have 5 cups worth.
In medium mixing bowl combine and beat eggs, milk, greek yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Grease or place parchment paper in 9x9 dish.
By hand mix berries into the bread cubes and pour into dish.
Pour liquid evenly over the bread cubes.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream and additional maple syrup if desired!
