Orange Challah French Toast
French toast? Challah bread?! Brunch time? Yes please!

- 1 loaf Challah Bread sliced into 1 1/2" slices
- 1.5 cups half and half
- 2 oranges juice from 2 oranges
- 1 orange zest from 1 orange
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter for griddle
Slice challah bread into 1 1/2" thick slices.
Heat griddle to low-medium heat.
In medium mixing bowl whisk together all other (besides butter) ingredients.
Pour into flat bottomed dish (casserole or cake pan)
Butter griddle.
Cook on griddle until lightly browned, flip and repeat.
Serve with fresh fruit, yogurt, whipped cream, and maple syrup.
