Instructions
First step is to wash and clean your fruit.
Figs have tough stems and you needs to cut them off.
Then slice the figs in half or quarters until you have four cups of fruit.
Now combine the fruit, lemon juice, honey, and lavender cardamom simple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cover the fruit and occasionally stir for about 30-45 minutes until the fruit has broken down.
Take immersion blender to the jam.
Cool and enjoy over toast, on crackers, or in your hot cereal.
