Ingredients

riced cauliflower
1/2

flour
coconut or almond to keep it low carb
1/2
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1/2
tsp
garlic powder

eggs
dash
paprika
dash
cracked pepper
Instructions
Heat cast iron pan to medium low heat.
Beat eggs and add in seasonings.
Add riced cauliflower to medium bowl and pour eggs over top. Mix in flour to make hash brown batter.
Formed into patties and fry in oiled cast iron pan for about 3 minutes each side. Patties should be nicely browned on each side.
