Ingredients

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 egg

Double Chocolate Cookie Dough

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/4 cup hot cocoa powder secret ingredient
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together the dry ingredients from each cookie dough recipe. 
    Peanut butter dry ingredients: (flour, baking soda, salt)
    Double Chocolate dry ingredients: (flour, cocoa powder, hot chocolate mix, salt, baking soda.) 
  • Combine the wet ingredients with the dry from each cookie dough recipe and mix thoroughly. 
  • Form quarter sized balls out of both cookie doughs.
  • Take 1 ball from each dough, place in your hand and begin to roll together, once combined smash the cookie down the line formed between them.
  • Place on parchment paper about an inch separating each cookie.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, remove and cool on rack.
