Pear Honey Chevre Pastries
Simple and delicious, this pear honey chevre pastries recipe is easy to make, and sure to please. Light and fluffy pastry topped with goat cheese, pear slices, cracked pepper, and a honey drizzle.

- 4 oz chevre cheese
- 1 package prepackaged crescent rolls sheets
- dash cracked pepper
- drizzle of honey
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Cut crescent dough sheets into 4 inch by 4 inch squares.
Spread parchment paper out over a baking sheet and evenly lay out the pastry sheets.
Crumble about a tablespoon or so of chevre into the middle of the squares leaving a good half inch uncovered on the edges.
Slice your pears thinly and place 2-3 wedges on each pastry.
Drizzle a generous amount of honey over top
Crack a bit of fresh black pepper over the top.
Place them on into the oven for 12-14 minutes, until they are nicely browned.
Feel free to drizzle a bit more honey on at the end if you would like!
