- 1 cup Organic Oats quick oats
- 1.5 cups liquid water and or milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Honey, Brown Sugar, or Maple Syrup Touch of sweetness for topping
- Fruit, Nuts, Yogurt, ect. Toppings
For Creamy Oats
Bring 2 cups of milk to a simmer.
Add salt.
Add 1 cup of organic quick oats
Stir till thickened.
