Dark Chocolate Raspberry Bars

•Vegan Raspberry Dark Chocolate Bars• these easy to make chocolate bars have a pecan nut base with dark chocolate and freeze dried raspberries on top!
Ingredients: (for 5×7 dish, double for 9×9 dish)
1 cup pecans
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp oats
1 tsp flour
2 tbsp water
2 dark chocolate bars
1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In food processor chop pecans, mix in oats and flour. Heat coconut oil, combine with water and stir into mixture. Press into 5×7 casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Place an inch of water in a small sauce pan, place a heat proof bowl on top and melt your chocolate completely.
After removing pecan crust from oven pour chocolate over top and spread evenly. Sprinkle crushed freeze dried raspberries over top. Cool In fridge, cut into bars, serve, and enjoy.
