It is Superbowl Sunday and that means dips and appetizers! I am bringing guacamole and bean dip. This refried 7 minute bean dip is simple to pull together but tastes SO much better than store bought bean dip. Whether you are a fan of football or not you likely will be attending a party today. So why not bring some good food and enjoy the company of your friends.

How easy is this 7 minute bean dip recipe? It will only take you about 7 minutes to complete and all goes in one pot. I don’t think you can get easier than that! First pour two cans of refried beans into saucepan over medium heat. Next add in salsa, cumin, chili powder, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Heat until the dip just begins to boil, remove from heat, pour into serving bowl and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup medium salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions
